I would happily recommend Jane and will use her when I sell in the future. Unlike other Barossa Agents I have dealt with in the past, she kept dialogue open, returned calls, followed up and delivered when and as she said she would. She was happy to discuss options and make suggestions. She was very competent and professional - as were all the Harcourts staff I dealt with. Although she was acting for the vendor, and worked for them and not me, she managed to be warm and friendly whilst professional at all times. It was one of my best property purchasing experiences and was seamless and painless for me. Thanks Jane!

Our experience selling our home with Jane Wilson at Harcourts Barossa Valley was ideal. Our sale was an unusual one in that we originally contacted Jane approx. 2 months before we were to relocate permanently to Europe and from day one, she was prompt, enthusiastic and professional. Jane created a timeline for our departure and as well as organizing the standard advertising, photography and open inspections she managed everything else we could think of in order to enable us to leave Australia without the slightest of fuss. Once on the market the property was sold within a month for the price predicted and luckily Jane had organized for us to lodge or documentation prior to leaving, so settlement occurred seamlessly. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience dealing with Jane on the sale of our home. She definitely went above and beyond. Her professionalism and initiative turned our potentially stressful home sale and overseas relocation into an utterly pleasant experience.

We originally thought of listing our house with Harcourts due to their high rate of successful previous sales within the Barossa Valley region. However, upon meeting Jane we were immediately confident that we were making the right decision. Jane's communication and availability throughout the entire process was excellent; and when combined with the marketing expertise, of both herself and the extended Harcourts team, our house presented beautifully for sale. Furthermore, Jane's prior experience in real estate and honest approach to sales was much appreciated, when deciding which offers to pursue. Overall, the sale of our house was a quick, straight-forward and relatively easy process with Jane; as such, we recommend that you certainly speak with her first, when considering a real estate agent

29 years is a long time to live in one place, it's where my wife Tania and I started out together... raised both of our daughters and built and lived our lives... it was our home. It was such a huge decision for us to make when we decided it was time to sell our home and start a new adventure somewhere else, after both our girls left to begin the next chapter in their lives. It almost felt that there could possibly be no one that could do it for us... it had been ours for so long... everything that happened in our lives happened here. We first met Jane when we started looking at what home might be out there for us if we did sell, and she was an agent at one of the houses we looked at. There was something different about Jane that my wife and I first thought... maybe this could be the person that we could trust our home in. She showed a genuine interest in what we were trying to achieve and was aware of our anxiety in trying to get there. We put it down to the fact that she genuinely cared about what we were going through. Well...yes...we did chose Jane, her guidance and communication throughout the whole process was more than we could have imagined, and her ability to represent our home on the day of our open inspection was outstanding. Jane was able to present us with offers over and above our expectations from almost everyone that viewed our home that day, and from these we were able to sell our home that very first weekend.
